The Gealon Racing Team (GRT) reaffirmed its supremacy in the local racing circuit by securing top positions in the 2024 Siomai Festival Run held in Tisa on Sunday.
Markiven P. Revilla led the 6-kilometer category, setting a blistering pace from the starting line and maintaining his lead throughout the race. Revilla’s exceptional performance earned him the championship title, underscoring his status as a premier athlete within the team.
In the 3-kilometer category, Kelvin Boyles showcased remarkable speed and agility, finishing first with a record-breaking time. His outstanding achievement earned him the title of “Fastest Siomai Runner Ever,” highlighting his dominance in the shorter distance event.
Rey Gealon, manager of the Gealon Racing Team, expressed his elation over the athletes’ performances. “I am incredibly proud of our runners for their dedication and hard work. It’s also a relief that the race concluded without any injuries,” Gealon said.
